Every piece of me wanted to invest in a pair last year, but I resisted, thinking I wouldn’t be able to get enough wear out of them, however they are seriously versatile!
All you need to know is how to style them, right?
In line with my personal shopping rule - “only buy it if you can think of five outfits the item would work with”- ’ve put together a guide on how to style this season's stand out shoe, regardless of the height, colour or shape!
Knee high boots still work perfectly under all your knit and silk slip skirts for winter. This look pairs well with structured knee-high boots, to give the look a bit of shape. Style with a chunky knit and structured coat on the colder days.

The 101 on how to get more than one season’s wear out of your skirts is pairing them with a chic tall boot. When it’s a bit colder, just add a pair of stockings. This look pairs well with almost every style of the knee-high boot, but we particularly love it as styled by Laura with a block heel and matching blazer and skirt set.

The maxi dress is my best friend in all seasons, and I’ve finally found the perfect knit maxi at Country Road. This look pairs best with a structured pair of knee-high boots, so go for ones that are slimmer fitting, especially to accentuate the ankle area. Style the look with your favorite maxi and oversized blazer.

I’m not a huge skinny jean fan, but when tucked into boots, I approve. This look pairs well with riding boots, a classic everyday shape that will go with any colour of jeans. You can easily swap out the jeans for a pair of comfy leggings and an oversized sweater for the ‘off-duty model’ look.
