Has anybody else read ‘Down the Drain’ by Julia Fox? This is probably the best memoir I have read in a long time. Initially, my familiarity with Fox was limited to her connection with Kanye West, but her book revealed so much more. She is often dismissed as a frivolous socialite from New York, but her memoir delves deep into her complex past, and it really makes you go, ‘wow.’
Since reading her book, I have been obsessed with Fox. So, today, I will be sharing my favourite looks from her recent adventures.

If I had to describe Fox’s makeup style, I would say it is alien chic. In this particular look, Julian Wolf Stoller plays with Fox’s facial features by highlighting all the right areas with white shadow on the brow bone and underneath her wings. Paired with silver metallic hair by Matt Benns, Fox was turning heads at CFDA.

Fox's rise to fame came swiftly after featuring in the 2019 film Uncut Gems. Her role not only introduced audiences to her undeniable presence but also cemented her status as an icon.
Although her makeup isn’t as striking as her usual looks, the on-set MUA, Stephanie Pasicov, captured her youthful innocence perfectly with wide eyes and pink lips.

I cannot think of a more perfect collaboration. Julia Fox x Isayama Ffrench is for the history books! Both distinct in their own ways, their synergetic styles really stand out in this recent campaign for Isamaya Beauty: futuristic meets avant-garde. We love that Fox and Ffrench came together as they are known for constantly pushing the boundaries of beauty – let’s hope to see more!

Over the years, Julia Fox has been perfecting her iconic black eyeliner style, initially capturing attention at the 2022 Schiaparelli show during Paris Haute Couture Week. Garnering headlines for her striking graphic eye look, she has since made this aesthetic her own. Recently, she elevated her signature fox eyes with bleached eyebrows and a grungey, wet hair look at the Diesel Show in New York.

The recent Cosmopolitan UK feature with Julia Fox showcases her dynamic and complex persona, stepping away from her unconventional looks by leaning into her femininity with a twist. The creative vision for the cover was meticulously brought to life by a talented team: makeup artist @julianwolfstoller, who chose a softer, more feminine makeup palette that perfectly accentuates Julia's short, boyish haircut, ingeniously topped with a sporty cap. Hair stylist @johnnovotny and nail artist @nailsby.elyg contributed to her overall look, merging elements that aren't usually seen together.

We can’t not mention Julia Fox’s look for her sponsored ad with @bellesaco on Instagram. Iconic. The hair, accessories, outfit, the ombre red lips and bleached brow is just perfection.
This look stands out as a personal favourite, and while there is no mention on who was responsible for hair and makeup, we’re inclined to say that she probably did it herself. Afterall, she is well-known for being her own stylist.

Julia Fox dazzles in a lavender monochromatic look at Tiffany and Co. If you’re a CC regular, it’s no secret that I have a little obsession with monochromatic looks, and this one is definitely a favourite! We need to know what eyeshadows she used for this look because they look so pigmented and vibrant. 10/10!
