We can’t get enough of the new Hourglass Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm! If you love a plush feel to your glossy lip products, you may want to take a look at your nearest MECCA to check this product out!
It is a unique solid lip gloss formula that is contained in an unretractable compartment. Although there have been some complaints about the packaging, there is a very clear reason for why it has been made this way. The formula is incredibly soft and cannot possibly survive if it was able to be turned up and down constantly. As such, this packaging provides physical protection towards the integrity of this formula.
On the lips, the Phantom Glossy Balm is plush, blurring and intensely hydrating. It gives the lips a jelly effect that is gorgeous for the summer time!
